If you know me, you’ll know that I adore quotes. They have a mysterious way of making things seem simple. My husband found this one for me…he knew I needed it.
As I embark on this new journey I find myself thinking of the movie Notting Hill. There is a scene when Julie Roberts says, “she’s just a girl standing in front of a boy asking him to love her.” Oh my, it still pulls my heartstrings!
I have often thought of those words only to replace them with, “ I’m just a simple girl with a dream.” Thanks to my husband I stopped dreaming and took my first baby step.
Call me crazy, but I did not even know what blogging was until a few months ago. I would hope in a skill testing question that I would have known the answer…gosh how crazy is that. I was not living under a rock, just busy and still in love with hardcover books. There is something romantic about an old bookstore, the thrill of the find and beauty of the cover.
Sooo here I am, feeling overwhelmed with learning about all of this online stuff and at the same time enjoying every minute of it.
