Fall Porches…one of my favorite things!
Before Grit my husband and I would decorate our cabin porch.
It was one of the simplest, yet most enjoyable times of the year.
It feels like a tradition to me to use hay bales and cornstalks.
A few pumpkins, grasses, dried flowers, and fallen leaves to give the porch an earthy feel.
Cozy quilts for those evenings that cool off.
This side of the porch is the area I like to style for my Instagram posts and for upcoming greeting cards.
The air slowly begins to change and the acorns hitting the metal roof is a sign that Fall has arrived.
As far as the inside of our home…I keep it simple!
I’m forever changing it up for the season.
As I style and snap photos I get lost and rarely think of anything else.
It is in these moments that I find so much joy.
Whether it is for pleasure or your small business I do believe you can create something beautiful with very little.
Would love to hear if you enjoy decorating for the Fall!
Kindly, xo
Jane

Just love it all, but I think my favorite element is the symmetry, you subtly use. The view, with the black urns on each side. The hay bales with a quilt draped over them as seating at the table. Beautiful Jane. xo
thank you, kim! you always take the time to notice the little things
Happy Fall, xo
Really beautiful, Jane, I went with subtle touches inside this year as well, and a fall wreath on my door, felt the need to keep it simple..xo
