Antique Farmhouse Sign

Have you ever considered having a word for the year instead of a list of New Year’s resolutions?

It’s often the long list that can feel overwhelming.

What if this year you did something different?

You picked one word to help guide you.

Word of the Year. Vintage has inspired me with my word for 2019...imperfection

It’s the simplicity of one word that you remember when life gets challenging or your new business idea is not going as planned.

This idea has been life changing for me and I believe it can be for you as well.

Vintage inspired my word for the year

I wanted to share my word and thoughts with you early so you could join in.

As we head into 2019 my word for the year will be

Imperfection

I believe many of us suffer with perfectionism.

Leaving us stuck and afraid to put our work out into world.

Vintage Farmhouse Style Christmas Decor and Word for the Year. Inspired by Vintage

It is these vintage pieces that I photograph that have inspired me.

Teaching me lessons!

I look for the imperfections…making each piece unique.

In a noisy world we must remember to be ourselves.

Let us quite the noise my friends!

As always I would love to hear from you…please share your thoughts and word for 2019

Kindly, xo

Jane
